Order Swatches

While every effort is made to represent our fabrics as close to the actual color as possible, there are many factors which make it impossible to guarantee that the fabric on your screen will match the fabric that arrives (such as the brand and settings of your monitor and display adapter, and slight variation in the batch and dye lots currently in production.)

There is also the possibility that the fabric you received on your previous order will not precisely match the fabric currently in production. The nature of the textile industry is such that colors and fabrics will shift over time as dye lots change, suppliers change production methods etc.

For these reasons, we offer free fabric swatches, and recommend that in a situation where a particular fabric color is important to your purchase, you take advantage of that offer and have several swatches of the actual fabric sent to you. Once your fabric swatches arrive (usually within 3-7 days), you should open them immediately and complete your purchase.

In order to provide the fastest service to all of our customers, we ask that you keep the number of swatches in your request to FOUR or less.
